Lobby

The lobby is the busiest room in the building since all residents move through this room when entering or leaving the building. All guests need to sign-in with the door person on duty. There is a call box just outside the building in front of the lobby for guests to contact the tenants. Just off of the main lobby in the southeast corner, there are mailboxes and the bulletin board used by the property manager for notifying tenants of upcoming meetings or posting HOA minutes.
