Event Room Looking Toward the Pool

The event room and pool area are the highlight of social events in the building. The event room has been recently renovated including a full kitchen, furniture, lighting, and artwork. There are two rest rooms available for guests.

Monthly HOA meetings are held in the event room as well as other building-sponsored activities. It can also be reserved by a resident for personal parties by contacting the property manager.
